In the following text we propose to carry out a review of Design methodologies based on user modeling, within the conceptual framework given by Digital Humanism, which urges us to think about human beings from a citizen perspective protected by rights.

In this article we want to approach the design object that is at the center of this relational dynamic, at least at a level of techno-symbolic exchange, and that allows the very existence of digital governance.
